Once upon a time there was a girl named Kate who always loved playtime and food. She grew into a woman who, while still loving playtime, loved creating things. She also still loved food. All this turned into a fascination with felt food and she began making it day and night. The original idea was to make a food set for her little prince that had a better balance of foods than the plastic sets she’d been seeing around the stores… sure, he served up strawberry, ravioli and carrot soup stirred with a drumstick, but at least it covered a few food groups!
