Georgie Love
Georgie is a ginger mix-mutt super dog.

Sort of.

George is my dog. He came to me from an animal shelter. He sat quietly and nervously in his cage as other distressed animals barked and went crazy around him. He wasn't the prettiest dog, but he was licky and had his own personal charms. I was wearing a "Curious George" monkey t-shirt, and as we went for our "getting to know each other" pre-adoption walk, he was more curious about everything else that was going on than me. So, well, as a result he became "Curious George", which just became "George" and then became "georgie-paws", "chookie-moo", "fat dog" and of course, also "Georgie Love". On walks he is still more curious about everything than me, however when he is not in front of his mates at the park, he is covering me in kisses.

He was originally named Scamp. Scamp is a name for a crazy little Jack Russell mix. Not 31 odd kilos of shedding gentle ginger love. George is a serious dog at home, well mannered, but likely to steal your snacks if he finds it hovering near him. He loves food (salami may be his favourite), chasing birds, going to the beach, cuddling up in bed, sitting on your lap, surprise licks and tummy rubs. He doesn't like baby spinach, fireworks, motorbikes and bath time.
