I can't seem to hold onto any of these glorious skirts from Pearl & Elspeth for very long! Yep, they are that good - comfy, quirky and fun to wear and it seems that the people who have one who are coming back and buying more. I have quite a few now and people ALWAYS comment and coo over them!

I love the German (Bavarian Alps) teatowel that is the feature of this skirt. So cute and flowery! It has a contrasting brown panel on the reverse and sweet red bias tie. It has a 34 inch waist (measured flat) and is 20 inches long.
